Privacy and cookies

This site is run by Elizandro Pacheco, the controller of the data processed here under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018). This page explains what is collected, what for, and how you decide.
Contact form
When you send the contact form, we keep what you fill in: type of request, name, e-mail, phone, company, role, event details and the message, plus your consent. Technical data comes along to prevent abuse and to understand where the contact came from: a code derived from your IP (the IP itself is not stored), the browser used, the page you came from and the campaign parameters (UTM) of the link.
This data is used to answer your request and to talk about talks, courses, mentoring or consulting. The legal basis is your consent and the preliminary steps to a contract you asked for (art. 7, I and V). It is not sold, not used for advertising and not sent to Google or Meta. It is kept while the conversation makes sense, and you can ask for its deletion at any time.
Cookies and similar technologies
Measurement and advertising cookies are only used if you accept them in the cookie notice. Without that choice, Google (Analytics and Ads) works without cookies, with anonymous counts only, and the Meta pixel sends nothing.

With your consent, Google and Meta receive browsing data: pages viewed, clicks on buttons (such as following on Instagram or talking on WhatsApp), post reading, blog searches and the form submission, with the type of request only. Each company processes this data under its own policy: see Google's and Meta's.
YouTube videos
Videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you press play, the video is served by Google under its own policy.
Who else is involved
The site runs on its own servers behind Cloudflare, which delivers the pages and protects against attacks. Reply e-mails go through an own mail server. None of these services uses your data for other purposes.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymisation or deletion, portability, information on who it was shared with and the withdrawal of consent (art. 18 of the LGPD). Just write through the contact form, choosing "Other subject". If you feel the request was not met, you can also contact Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
