About

More than two decades inside the network.

Elizandro Pacheco is an artificial intelligence and infrastructure specialist, telecom consultant and entrepreneur from southern Brazil. Today his work centres on bringing AI into network operations: agents that triage, correlate and diagnose incidents, NOC automation and the safe use of AI in production environments.

That vision comes from more than 20 years of real operations. A Linux user since 1998, he worked in software development before joining the internet service provider market in 2004 — where he built his career solving routing, DNS, IPv6, CGNAT and security problems.

In 2025 he founded EvoCODE IA®, a software company that applies artificial intelligence to network operations and created AgenteNOC. Before that, in 2015, he founded Network Education®, a training school for ISP professionals with more than 4,000 graduates, and in 2018 he created NextHop Solutions®, a Tier 3 technical consultancy in BGP, Anti-DDoS mitigation, CGNAT, DNS and CDN.

Author of the book Docker para Provedores, he is a regular speaker and instructor at NIC.br initiatives — GTER, Semana de Infraestrutura, Semana de Capacitação, Intra Rede live streams and the Camada 8 podcast — and has spoken at MUM Brasil, FUTURE ISP and EXPOISP.
